My first life drawing that I completed in my first week of University

This is my very first attempt at doing a life drawing. The experience was incredibly memorable and has changed my style of creating art completely. Drawing something from life appeared to be much more inventive to me rather than just copying from a book or a picture. I was given the freedom to represent the model of how I saw them, from the very angle I was stood at. I am very happy with the tones, shading and shape of the drawing however I feel the proportion of the legs could be improved. They appear to be drawn too short however that could be due to the fact that I was stood up and looking slightly down on the model.
