"If I am worth anything later, I am worth something now."

“If I am worth anything later, I am worth something now. For Wheat is wheat, even if people think it is a grass in the beginning.” – Vincent Van Gogh🌻

I saved my favourite quote for last.

I’ll be happy when I lose weight.

I’ll be happy when I have a new job.

I’ll be happy when I have money.

We are constantly aiming for a milestone in our future to then dictate our worth and happiness.

Right now, you are just as worthy as you hope to be.

These milestones are not connected with your emotional mental health. Give yourself the self-love, self-care and self-reflection you deserve.

Something that has really helped me is adapting my lifestyle to incorporate positive and healthy daily tasks linked to my Physical, Personal and Psychological health.

Physical:

⭐️ Exercise

⭐️ Take Teddy for a walk

⭐️ Calorie Conscious

 Personal:

⭐️ Create artwork

⭐️ Explore my interests

⭐️ Pagan Spiritual Practice

 Psychological:

⭐️ Write in my Diary

⭐️ Recite Affirmations / Gratitude

⭐️ Being Present

I no longer live by the words of:

I’ll start Monday, I’ll start next week, I’ll start in the new month.

In my mind, these words act as evidence that this week is now a “write off.”

My positive, healthy routine no longer has to be exercised and I can fulfil my full potential in the new week.

Treat every day as is it is a new week. If you’re having a bad day, take some well needed rest and practice in self-care.

A better day will come for you.

These videos that I have been uploading along with the quotes are not glitching by chance.

My goal was to replicate the fluctuation of our feelings and emotional health. My goal was also to show that things get better.

In honour of mental health awareness week, I will be posting a Vincent Van Gogh quote each day. I hope to bring positivity and light to anyone that is experiencing negative thoughts that are harder to escape at this time.
